All reserved room blocks will be charged 30 days before arrival (January 9, 2025). It is imperative the credit card you use on file to secure the room is the same credit card you use during check-in.

Yes ! Additional nights can be booked pre and post nights. Additional nights can be booked directly from the weblink sent in your invitation and will be shown as per the hotel availability. If you plan on booking additional nights, please do so as soon as possible to secure the best rate.

Yes ! Credit card information can be updated 45 days prior (November 25, 2024) to the arrival date.

Yes ! Room cancellations can be done 120 days prior to the arrival date (September 11, 2024) without any cancellation charges. If you would like to cancel, please do so in this time frame. If you cancel a reservation after September 11, 2024, you will be charged the full room price without a refund.

Yes ! We are making it mandatory for all of our guests to stay at the hotel at least the night of the wedding.
